Consistently responsive to our clients and supporting our Sales Executives throughout a project are Tracy's most important responsibilities at OFH. Detail-oriented and with a strong background in customer service, Tracy communicates with our clients, vendors and delivery team to ensure the seamless transformation of our client's spaces.
Tracy graduated from Bard College majoring in Economic History. She has spent most of her life in customer service in the fashion and real estate industries. She began pushing racks down Seventh Avenue and working in almost all aspects of retail fashion. As a real estate sales agent/broker she experienced a similar range of diverse responsibilities. From cleaning an apartment to selling them, no situation is impossible for her. Additionally, Tracy has worked as a personal assistant for two families in New York City. Her attention to detail, tenacity and desire to be part of a team has drawn her to Office Furniture Heaven.
Her passion lies in the current projects that she is working with in Haiti: creating a comprehensive treatment center for children and adults with Cerebral Palsy, supporting a soccer program for 500 children in Port au Prince and working with an orphanage in the States. Eventually she hopes to create a non-profit organization to advocate for these endeavors.
