It has been another rewarding and successful year at OFH. We would like to thank our clients and partners for trusting us to create and deliver beautiful office furniture and office design solutions.
In 2017 our company has grown and made many positive changes. With the steadfast dedication of our operations team, we made a company-wide transition into a new advanced order processing software. We improved our environmental footprint by needing to use less paper. We now have faster order processing, improved organization and ability to do what we do best—provide exemplary customer service for our clients.
Also in ‘17, our team has grown and hired new talent. Derek Ma, our Interior Designer, brought an advanced level of design expertise to OFH. With Derek's experience in AutoCAD, 20/20 CAP, and other design software, our clients now have the benefit of reviewing a complete furniture plan of their office, with improved visual presentations and renderings of the office furniture selected. Leopold Monaco joined our team as Business Development Manager, this summer. He brings to OFH an accomplished background in sales,brand awareness and strategic partnerships. He is helping us build strong relationships with our key collaborative partners.
2017 has been an important year for teamwork. Earlier this year, the OFH team took a trip to the AIS factory in Massachusetts. Our team saw the production process of furniture from one of our most esteemed vendors. Quality and design is important at OFH, and we were happy to collaborate with a vendor that believes in delivering a product that is built to last. This fall, as a break from our daily hard work, the OFH team took a trip to the Mohonk Mountain House to participate in a refreshing day of hiking, team-building, and tomahawk throwing (not at each other!). Yesterday, the whole team got together at Marta, for our end-of-the-year holiday dinner!
The team at OFH has continued to maintain the standard, of creating a positive atmosphere for ourselves and our clients. As a company, located in the heart of the New York City, we understand that everything runs on a tight schedule. When a client moves into a new office, we make it our priority to follow up an ensure that their office furniture is delivered and installed on time, while providing the highest level of service and anticipation of our client’s needs. The success of 2017 is based upon our dedication and our commitment for problem-solving and finding creative solutions to every problem. 2017 has been a wonderful year.
