April 26th, 2023, OFH successfully organized a networking lunch at the Humanscale showroom, located at the historic Grace Building in New York City. Our main goal was to create an enjoyable environment where professionals from the design and real estate sectors could establish valuable connections and foster collaborations. We are thrilled to announce that the event exceeded our expectations.
Since the start of the Covid-19 lockdown, tenants and commercial landlords have been hard hit financially by the crisis. Over breakfast, attendees networked, and watched informative panels about current and exciting topics in the industry from Hudson Yards, design, construction and workplace strategy, and the growing dynamic between landlords and tenants.
