When an international, environmentally conscious company with a New York office of 75 employees wanted to expand their space, they came to Office Furniture Heaven for a solution. They were on a search for furniture that served all of their needs in a beautiful and functional manner, and on a budget. They wanted quality furniture.
Our team initially proposed new office furniture, but that was beyond the firm's budget. Susan DaFonseca, with years of experience, searched the marketplace and located a Chicago firm that was about to vacate their space and leave the furniture behind. The furniture they no longer needed was in great shape - high quality Knoll workstations in cherry wood, with coordinating seating to match, including executive offices, small and large conference rooms and file cabinets. It was a great fit for our New York based client.
OFH jumped into action. We secured the used office furniture, had it disassembled, shipped to New York, and warehoused till our client's new space was ready. When construction on the new space was complete we installed the furniture, repairing and refinishing it as required - fully adapting it to the needs of our client.
Today this environmentally conscious energy company has beautifully designed offices with pre-owned furniture that looks brand new, works perfectly for their staff, and was done on time and on budget.
