OFH has been working with a rapidly-growing finance company to furnish multiple floors of their headquarters in NYC’s Plaza District. We worked closely with the architect firm TPG Architecture to provide beautiful flexible solutions that matched the company’s needs and aesthetic. From our high-performing KINEX Adjustable Height Desking to technology-integrated wood veneer conference tables, the offices of this finance company are well-positioned for their continued expansion.
The client was introduced to OFH through a referral after having difficulty with another furniture provider. They were looking to establish a long-term relationship with a furniture dealer who could keep up with their fast-paced business environment and provide them with personal attention. They required office furniture that can be moved and rearranged, as the company pivots and expands based on the demands of the market. OFH won a competitive bid and immediately set to work furnishing a full floor of the company’s Park Avenue offices. Over the past three years, OFH has furnished 3 additional floors.
The conference rooms and private offices are furnished in our Montreal Series. Custom-made in rich 2-tone wood veneer, the Montreal series creates an elegant design statement for executive spaces. Sleek Zip Series chairs in black leather enhance the classic look of the conference rooms. Lounge areas are furnished with geometric cubic seating in luxurious gray leather. High functionality for each workstation is ensured with KINEX Adjustable Height Desking fixed with monitor arms holding up to 6 large monitors per desk. Every desk has its own storage pedestal and ergonomic Amplify chairs for ease and comfort. As the company expanded to additional floors, the furniture was easily re-arranged to accommodate the firm’s growing teams. The result is elegant and highly efficient.
