L.H. Frishkoff & Company is a New York City boutique accounting firm that provides a wide range of accounting and tax services to companies and individuals.

After many decades of success in their office, LHF knew it was time for a change. The company had grown and came to the realization that the traditional look of their office no longer fit the ethos of their company. They required a fresh design that would be attractive to their clients, work well for their growing team of 30 employees and help to differentiate themselves from their competition. When LHF decided to move to a new space, they retained the Interior Design firm, MKDA and Project Manager, Stephen Dargo to help accomplish their vision. Following a competitive bidding process, OFH was chosen to furnish the space, and Sales Executive + Designer, David Cashner was selected to collaborate with LHF’s team and decide on the perfect solution.

David Cashner worked closely with MKDA to select beautiful office furniture for LHF’s space. He presented different furniture lines and accompanied the client and design firm to numerous manufacturer’s showrooms to assist them in fabric and color selection. With David’s help, the client and design firm had the resources they needed to reach a solution that fit the company’s aesthetic and budget. David also worked with Stephen Dargo to oversee construction and coordinate with the installation teams to ensure the project went smoothly. The finished office exemplifies beautiful design, with a comfortable and welcoming layout that enables positive interactions with clients and members of the LHF team.

In the front reception area, LHF opted for a beautiful custom L-shaped reception desk in a wood veneer. Rowen Lounge chairs in muted blue leather face head-to-head around a Raglan occasional table with white marble textured detailing. Reception areas lead to a spacious open work area, furnished with 10-pack Prise workstations and blue Torsa chairs in a white frame with matching blue seat cushions. Private and Executive offices are furnished with Aptos Executive Series desks, Veneto guest chairs, and Zip Series Mid Back chairs in black leather. For clean storage, halls are furnished with Global lateral files. The conference areas are furnished with custom tables in wood veneer and paired with Zip Series Midback chairs. Small breakout areas are furnished with unique furniture pieces, as well as a fun arcade game set. The pantry area features LB Lounge banquette seating, a bar height Intermix table with designer Flex High Back bar stools.
