When a prominent NYC landlord was looking to lease their vacant office spaces, they reached out to OFH for help. The landlord discovered that, when presented with an unfurnished prebuilt space, potential tenants often had difficulty visualizing how their offices would look once their business moved in. The landlord decided, therefore, to present their clients with a furnished solution that would demonstrate the space’s complete range of possibilities. OFH was brought in to bring these ideas into reality.
OFH CEO Marc Schwartzberg and Sales Executive Dean Pettitt directly worked with the landlord and their leasing agent to select beautiful and minimalist office furniture that matched the aesthetic they were looking for, with versatile office furniture that is designed to be easily reconfigured to accommodate a wide variety of potential tenants. The OFH Design team created floorplans and renderings that effectively conveyed the design before any final decisions were made. In the finished offices, the furniture chosen could now easily be moved and rearranged within different spaces effortlessly, depending on where they would be needed next.
Office furniture highlighted in this project is the Zen Series Reception, which was furnished in each of the three reception areas. Pivit Benching was installed throughout each of the open areas alongside Derby task Chairs. Conference areas were furnished with a minimalist modern Zen Series Conference Table, with midcentury modern Robin Lowback leather conference chairs. Interchangeable Nano and Pasea lounge pieces in matching blue textiles, highlighted collaborative and waiting areas. The result is a well-formed office design concept that will help this NYC building owner more effectively present and quickly lease their vacant spaces.
