If you change your mind about a stock item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 15% of the purchase price and you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Returns of stock items must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. Check and cash payments will be returned via a refund check or Office Furniture Heaven Merchandise Credit.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom and special order furniture. We encourage you to thoroughly examine all items upon receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

Please be aware that furniture is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original shipment to you.

Shipping & Damages

If at the time of delivery the Bill Of Lading is signed merchandise is received in good condition any damage claims will be denied. We strongly suggest you inspect the merchandise before the Bill Of Lading is signed.

If there is damage or discrepancy on your order, refuse acceptance until transportation agent endorses extent of damage or shortage. The customer should file a claim immediately with the carrier and be prepared for inspection.

Any damage claims must be reported within the first 24 hours of delivery, along with a picture of the damaged item, no exceptions. We must receive the damaged merchandise before any replacement/refund can be issued. All original packaging material, boxes, and documentation must be kept for the return of damaged items. Merchandise will not be picked up if it is not in its original packaging.

Assembly may be required for your purchase. An adjustment and performance check should be done upon receipt of merchandise. If you find the merchandise defective after 30 days, we will not be able to accept return.

Delayed Delivery Service

If there is a specific time period when you may not be able to accept delivery, please let us know when you place your order. Items stored for more than 30 days will be subject to a storage fee.
