On June 20th, 2019, Bisnow hosted “NYC OFFICE & WORKPLACE OF THE FUTURE,” an event featuring panelists from across the NYC commercial real estate market. Over breakfast, attendees networked, and watched informative panels about current and exciting topics in the industry from Hudson Yards, design, construction and workplace strategy, and the growing dynamic between landlords and tenants.
OFH was a proud sponsor of the event and Marc, our CEO, had the privilege of moderating the panel “All About the Tenants: Talent, Trends, Amenities & More”. This discussion covered the critical subject of NYC’s changing commercial real-estate environment, represented by the growth of co-working, improved tenant amenities, and what these new changes indicate for the future.
