Di Guan: Interior Design Intern


Di is an award-winning honors student at Pratt Institute and is graduating from her Interior Design MFA program in May 2019. She brings a fresh design-focused perspective to our company. Di works in our Design Department to produce office layouts and create office renderings using the latest design software. She is proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit, and is currently expanding her proficiency in other commercial design software at OFH.

Prior to attending Pratt, Di acquired industry experience working for architectural and construction companies both in Beijing, China and Nassau, Bahamas. She attended the Beijing Foreign Studies University and carries a BA in English Translation & Interpreting, with a minor in International Trade.

Deepika Korani: Accounting Intern

As our Accounting Intern, Deepika works closely with our Accounting Manager to assist with daily activities, including billing, invoicing and preparing financial reports. Her meticulous, detail-oriented personality and professional ambition make her a perfect fit for our team. Currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance at Baruch College with a minor in Psychology, she has been enjoying the challenging, positive environment at OFH, and its ability to help her reach her goals.

Prior to OFH, Deepika worked for a window-tinting company as a Junior Project Manager. There, she assisted in sales, helping clients decide on tinting and frosting solutions for residential and commercial glass. This provided her with her first insight into commercial design. She was drawn to OFH by an outstanding referral from a previous intern who worked for the company. She stayed on, because of the dedication of OFH to provide her with the resources and training, that will help her succeed.

Samuel Chan: Director of Operations


As Director of Operations, Sam is a key member of our strategic team working to solving the challenges associated with running a small but growing company. He is adept at crafting creative solutions and is usually at work figuring out ways to improve our internal processes with new technologies and workflow tweaks.

Prior to coming to OFH, Sam was a student of Analytic Philosophy at Hunter College. He is a Brooklyn native and a life-long learner who is always eager to explore new ideas and experiences. In his spare time, he’s an avid reader and a (secretly) decent cook.

Robyn Tang: Content Marketing Manager


Robyn, our Content Marketing Manager, oversees the OFH website, social media outlets, marketing, and email campaigns. She also produces content for the OFH blog, adds products, quality controls images, photographs job sites and writes for our project pages. Robyn is the person to contact if you have any questions related to products or content on the OFH website.

Internally, Robyn is part of the operations team. She assists in order processing and creating proposals. She also helps team members with software troubleshooting. Robyn is passionate about design, and the relationship of visual aesthetics with emotional well being.

Ricardo Yolas: Accounting Manager


Ricardo, our Accounting Manager, brings 9 years of accounting experience and over 15 years of managerial experience, which he now dedicates to the company in order to keep our records organized and within compliance. As the company’s financial representative, Ricardo works closely with Marc, the President of our company. His analytical skills and meticulous personality make him a good problem solver. Ricardo is responsible for supervising accounts receivables and accounts payables, processing payroll, establishing budgets, maintaining inventory, monitoring operating accounts and generating financial statements.

Ricardo earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Pace University. He’s currently enrolled in a graduate program through New England College in order to achieve his Masters in Accounting. Ricardo is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He has two sons who live with him in upstate New York. When he’s not working, he spends his time with his family and enjoys cycling, hiking, birding and listening to jazz.

Tobi Janoff: Sales Administrator


Stellar customer service and supporting our Sales Executives throughout a project are Tobi’s most important responsibilities at OFH. Detail oriented and with a passion for working with people, Tobi communicates with our clients, vendors and delivery team to ensure the seamless transformation of our client’s spaces.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Tobi’s primary responsibilities at OFH include order processing, reviewing vendor acknowledgments, as well as acting as a liaison between our warehouses and clients, to coordinate deliveries and ensure a seamless installation process. Tobi is a graduate of Syracuse University, where she majored in Psychology.

Outside of work, Tobi favorite pastime is reading novels on the train to work, from her hometown of Forest Hills, Queens. She loves spending time with her family, and being active—whether it is hiking, rafting, skiing, going to the beach or exploring New York City’s many different restaurants.
