OFH has been working with this rapidly-growing finance company over the years to furnish multiple floors of their Park Avenue Office in addition to satellite offices throughout the country. When the company decided to expand to a new headquarters on Madison Avenue, they reached out to us to help them actualize their vision. They retained TPG Architecture to lead the design of the project, while OFH collaborated with the architectural firm to select furniture and provide insight into the office’s configuration. This finance company was experiencing a high level of growth and wanted their Madison Avenue location to take them to the next level. They had made generous strides as a technology-oriented and forward-thinking company and desired an office that celebrated these values.
TPG Architecture designed a dynamic entry lobby and reception area for maximum impact upon arrival. OFH worked closely with the design firm to select elegant designer pieces to furnish reception areas and conference rooms. The close collaboration was important to ensure that each design element worked together harmoniously in the space. When entering into the finance company’s office, there is a feeling of size and scope that is balanced the clean lines of the furniture. The contemporary and cutting-edge design extends into main conference room that features an elegant modular Halcon Conference Table, which can be adjusted and moved away from a bisecting accordion door that subdivides the room. Kinex Workstations in open areas help keep their team at peak functionality with height adjustable features and high-performance monitor arms.
As the finance company quickly accelerates towards the next stage, their office cleanly reflects their forward thinking and technology-oriented approach. With multiple meeting rooms, and comfortable furniture, their office is leveraged to enhance productivity and seamless collaboration, while actively maintaining the flexibility to highlight their dynamism and success.
