Happy Holidays from the OFH Team | Celebrating a Year in Office Design Projects

As 2021 comes to an end, we are happy to celebrate another year of creating beautiful offices for our clients. We would like to begin this post by saying thank you to our clients, referral partners and friends for making this the best year yet. This year, we brought to life beautiful spaces, including Pearl Cohen, Astra House, Midtown Investment Firm, Asset Management Company, and  more. In this post, we will focus on some of this year’s highlights.

OFH Team

The OFH Team, who is responsible for all the work that happens at the forefront and behind the scenes, celebrated the end of the year alongside coworkers, December 7th. Kyma Hudson Yards 445 W 35th St. Since we were unable to safely meet in person last year, that only made this year’s holiday dinner extra special. We were happy to enjoy each other’s company over great food and wine. We area looking forward to another great year of working together and providing the best service to our clients in 2022.

Our Leadership Team

This December 2021, we have made changes in leadership, with the appointment of Keven McCarthy as our new Director of Marketing and Sales. Kevin has led a long and successful career working to identify new business opportunities, foster key relationships, and increase business on a global scale. As we pave ahead in 2022, we are looking forward to having this strong backbone of integrated leadership guiding our success into the next quarter.

OFH Projects

We have also been back on track creating beautiful spaces for our clients. As life returns to the city, and more companies are returning to the office, we have been delighted to offer ourselves as a resource for creative solutions. We have furnished traditional office spaces, hybrid workspaces, and we have also worked with our clients to reconfigure their existing spaces.

Pearl Cohen

Pearl Cohen is an international law firm with offices in the United States, Israel and the United Kingdom. We collaborated with TPG Architecture to furnish their space with timeless pieces that complimented their elegant interior layout. View more photos of this project here.

Midtown Investment Firm

We worked with this prominent NYC-based investment firm to furnish their office in Midtown Manhattan. We helped them select minimalist, design conscious pieces matched the clean simplicity of the space. Read more about his project here.

Private Label Fashion Company

We were retained by a private label fashion company to furnish their 36,000 sq. ft. Midtown headquarters. Simple and elegant furniture selected throughout the space, offers comfort and flexibility. View photos of this project here.

Astra House

Astra House is a publishing company located in New York City, dedicated to publishing authors across genres and from around the world. We worked with their team to select furniture with calming blue accents, to compliment the rustic tones of their interior. Read more about his project here.

Asset Management Company

We worked directly with this leading asset management company to furnish their office in Lower Manhattan, providing clean minimalist pieces that enhanced their company colors and interior aesthetic inspired by the Sub-Saharan region of Africa. Read more about his project here.
