New Office Design Projects at OFH | Winter 2019

In the last few months, our experienced team of Sales Executives and Designers has been busy at work creating truly beautiful and outstanding office design solutions for our clients. Of the highlighted projects in this post, we recently furnished L.H. Frishkoff & Company, Foley Mansfield, the Dearie Law Firm, as well as multiple offices for a prominent NYC landlord. L.H. Frishkoff & Company

L.H. Frishkoff & Company is a firm that provides a wide range of accounting and tax services to companies and individuals. OFH Sales Executive David Cashner worked closely with the Project Manager and Interior Design firm to provide beautiful and effective office furniture solutions for LHF’s growing team of 30 employees. Glass doors lead into the spacious reception area that is furnished with a luxurious bespoke reception desk in wood veneer and white lacquer.

LFH opted for a modern look for their firm that would set them apart from their competitors in the industry. A trusted accounting and tax advisor for nearly 100 years, LHF embodies cutting edge industry knowledge and technical expertise, that is reflected in their modern design choices. Open areas are clean and ergonomic. Glass walls divide private offices from the central area furnished with our PRISE workstations, whilst allowing natural light to pass through all areas. Prominent NYC Landlord

Another project recently completed was for a prominent NYC landlord that was looking to make their prebuilt vacant spaces look more attractive for potential tenants. Their clients had a difficult time visualizing how their offices would look by simply looking at an unfurnished space. Our solution was to furnish these vacant spaces with office furniture that can effectively demonstrate how the offices would look furnished.

The result was a success! Each of the spaces is furnished with flexible office furniture, with designs that can be mixed and matched in endless configurations. The Dearie Law Firm

The Dearie Law Firm is a New York City-based boutique law firm specializing in personal injury cases. An existing client of OFH, they wanted a new clean look for their Manhattan Headquarters located in the Dumont Building. We worked with the Dearie Law Firm and their architect SRS Design to achieve a design-conscious solution.

The space has a minimalist and modern aesthetic. Office furniture highlights include a rustic wood conference table, that was elegantly matched with our Robin Lowback chairs. Private offices are furnished with the Premiere series in a light maple finish, with wall-mounted storage cabinets featuring white back-painted glass doors. Highlights of the space include the firm’s collection of antique scales and statues that pay tribute to their legacy. The finished office creates a welcoming atmosphere for employees and clients. Foley & Mansfield

Foley & Mansfield is a national defense law firm that provides legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience across multiple jurisdictions. They reached out to OFH to help furnish their New York office, located in the heart of Tribeca. We worked with Foley & Mansfield and their project management team to help furnish a beautiful and elegant space that fit the firm’s requirements and budget.

The office is furnished with our Gallery Reception Desk and ergonomic Vion chairs. Office furniture highlights include our Kadin conference table in Arctic White that we matched with our Highback Robin chairs.
