The OFH team was recently retained to furnish a branch location of Metropolitan Commercial Bank. We had worked with the firm previously to complete their spacious NYC headquarters at 99 Park Avenue. We collaborated with The Switzer Group and Alba Construction to help provide beautiful office furniture solutions, ensuring their expeditious delivery and installation.
During the initial stages of the project, OFH collaborated with the bank's team and their design firm, The Switzer Group, to determine the furniture that would be included in the proposal. We carefully considered the design firm's specifications and aided them in selecting office furniture from several distinguished designer lines. We facilitated visits to furniture showrooms, presented 3D renderings, custom drawings, and assisted in the selection of samples from the different lines. Once the furniture selection was finalized and the order was confirmed, we were prepared to bring the project to life.
The project featured numerous unique and stunning elements, ranging from the reception to collaborative spaces. The Switzer Group incorporated beautiful architectural details, such as a winding staircase, and utilized exquisite materials to create an ambiance of luxury. The construction of these details was skillfully executed by Alba Construction.
OFH was thrilled to have the opportunity to participate in this project and help bring it to life. We were excited to collaborate with the talented teams at the Switzer Group and Alba Construction, and carefully selected designer office furniture to enhance the beauty of the space.
