Tuttle Yick is a real estate, construction, and litigation law firm, serving as counsel to individual and institutional owners, financial institutions, corporations and other business entities, developers, REITS, condominium and cooperative boards, and design professionals.

OFH was first introduced to Tuttle Yick through Brad Cronk of QR Architecture. The law firm was moving their Midtown office and needed modern office furniture that fit the requirements and forward-thinking values of their company. OFH Account Executive Jody Eckert took leadership of the project, working directly with the architect to collaborate on luxurious private offices, boardroom, huddle/ breakout areas, in addition to a dynamic open work area for their team.

Jody attentively listened to the client’s requirements and provided furniture that exceeded the client’s expectations. Private offices incorporated beautiful and luxurious pieces, while privacy was enhanced in open areas with the incorporation of privacy screens. Private offices were furnished with bespoke pieces, including the Aptos desk. Staks workstations were chosen for open areas, for seamless functionality and quality. Installed and furnished in the height of the pandemic, OFH continued to coordinate with the client, architect, and various trades to ensure the seamless delivery of the furniture.

The resulting office was beautiful and timeless, with a seamless movement from executive to high functioning furniture for concentrated work. Unique features of the space included polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings and glass walls. At OFH, we were happy to help our client create a beautiful space that would enhance productivity and facilitate client relationships in the years to come.
