Looking Back on 2019 + Happy Holidays From the OFH Team

This holiday season, the OFH Team would like to thank our friends, clients, and our referral partners for a wonderful and rewarding year. In 2019 OFH furnished a record number of offices, and we couldn’t have done so without our passionate and cohesive team, the good faith and trust of our clients and manufacturing partners, and our strong relationships in the real estate and A+D community.

In 2019, OFH furnished new projects including: Empire State Building Hedgefund, L.H. Frishkoff, Foley & Mansfield, the Dearie Law Firm, Statar Capital, Hontus, the Finance Project, and more. OFH additionally strengthened our ties within the A+D community by hosting educational courses both at our showroom and in design firms. We also went the extra mile to speak at real estate events, including BISNOW and Rethink Office: New York, to provide the real estate community with our perspectives about the ever-changing market. In November, through our Warehouse Charity Sale, we raised enough money to contribute $1,300 to the Henry Street Settlement. Internally, we happily saw the growth of our team with the hiring of Interior Designers Di Guan and Michael Chen, Sales Assistant Tobi Janoff, Project Manager Sophie Mallari, and Sales Executive George Livanos. With the addition of our new team members, we are thrilled to say that we have grown into a better company.

The OFH Team celebrated the end of the year with a tour at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and a wonderful holiday dinner at Serafina. We are truly grateful for everyone who has made this exceptional year possible. We are happy to announce that since we first began furnishing New York City offices in 1991, our company has stayed true to our roots in seeking to provide above and beyond service for our clients. 2019 was a productive year, and we loved every minute of it. We are looking forward to the beautiful and healthy work environments we will help create in 2020!
