In 2020 we have seen the collaborative office furniture trend reach new heights, with intuitive and fun furniture lines that are designed specifically to enhance employee engagement. No longer a fleeting buzzword, at every price point your team can bring a “collaborative space” into your office. At OFH, our team has compiled a list of some of our favorite lines from the last year, from café seating to lounge, that focuses on the “third spaces” that have emerged in offices, to tackle the necessity in today’s offices for communication and connection.
This holiday season, the OFH Team would like to thank our friends, clients, and our referral partners for a wonderful and rewarding year. In 2019 OFH furnished a record number of offices, and we couldn’t have done so without our passionate and cohesive team, the good faith and trust of our clients and manufacturing partners, and our strong relationships in the real estate and A+D community.
The holidays are a time of giving and community. That is why, this year for Giving Tuesday, OFH is donating $1,300 to the Henry Street Settlement. The amount was collected from our Warehouse Charity Sale that we held this October at our warehouse in Paterson, New Jersey. We would like to thank our customers and our friends, who helped to contribute the funds to make this donation possible.
In the last few months, our experienced team of Sales Executives and Designers has been busy at work creating truly beautiful and outstanding office design solutions for our clients. Of the highlighted projects in this post, we recently furnished L.H. Frishkoff & Company, Foley Mansfield, the Dearie Law Firm, as well as multiple offices for a prominent NYC landlord. On September 17th, 2019, OFH CEO Marc Schwartzberg moderated at a panel, “Adaptive Footprint: Next-Generation Workplace Strategy & Office Design” at RETHINK OFFICE: NEW YORK’S SEPTEMBER 17TH, 2019 EVENT. The event covered important topics the NYC commercial real estate market is faced with from office building design and cost saving initiatives, to workplace strategy and data.
